Commissioned by musician Damon Albarn. The project brief was to design and manufacture a matt black owl at 1:1 scale made of bicycle tyres.
Kwestral had his first day view at Jools Holland's Hootenanny Show for New Years Eve 2013, the song featured Bobby Womack, Damon Albarn and various other musicians, amongst them there was Kwestral, sitting on the piano!
Since then this owl has been featured in Glastonbury 2013, Jonathan Ross Show and BBC Radio 6 Music Festival in 2014.
